Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (USA), which acts as our data processor and stores and forwards form entries on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement in place with Formspree covering this processing, including its safeguards for transferring data outside the EU/EEA. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party, and we do not use it for anything beyond what's described in section 2.

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). As part of ordinary web hosting, Netlify's servers automatically process standard technical logs for every request — such as IP address, browser/user-agent string, requested URL, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and uptime purposes. These logs are handled by Netlify as a processor, not shared with third parties for marketing, and are subject to Netlify's own GDPR/CCPA commitments and data processing agreement. Because Netlify is a US company, hosting-related data may be processed outside the EU/EEA; Netlify relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for this. See Netlify's own privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy for full details.
